Peeled rump
With a little fat, is one of the finest cuts and tasty BBQ. The kernels of the rump cut up the baby beef, meat tender and juicy that you find in Carretão.

Picanha
It is required to cut more barbecues, being soft and have a distinctive flavor. TheCarretão prepares the steak in several ways: the traditional skewer with garlic, baked in stone, and even the tip of the sirloin, the noblest part of the flesh.

Titty tip or rump
Extracted from the bottom of the rump, is soft, fibrous and very tasty.

Filet mignon
